I look at therapy as a process of self discovery. I use a strengths based approach to partner with you on an exploration of who you are and what you want from your life. I like to describe my approach as "compassionate self actualization" I work to help folks become more of who they are, because I believe that when we can embrace our true nature and live in that sense of self, we can accomplish great things.
I have experience working with teens and adults as well as a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, substance use, PTSD, bipolar, schizophrenia, borderline personality and other complex conditions.
